Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yoga practitioner, our classes will enable you to strengthen your body, release tension, increase flexibility, as well as allow you to relax your mind and come away with a sense of calm and balance that carries through to your everyday life.
Throughout the year ALIGN HOLISTIC STUDIO holds many special events or workshops to support all of your spiritual and wellness needs!

EVENING YOGA, STRETCH & UNWIND
GENTLE YOGA
Join us in this calm, relaxing and meditative class. Evening Yoga is a combination of restorative yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra. Each class is designed to leave you feeling relaxed and in a deep state of peace.

Join us for this slow-paced class which moves through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery. This class offers comfort to stiff achy muscles, improves joint mobility and most of all restores a sense of harmony and balance between the mind and body.
MAT PILATES
MORNING RISE YOGA
Starting in Fall 2025!! Build strength, improve posture, and move with ease through guided Pilates exercises that focus on core stability, flexibility, and body awareness. This low-impact class is perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions to support your individual needs. Strengthen, stretch, and recharge—one mindful movement at a time.
ZEN TAI CHI
Morning Rise Yoga is a great way to wake up the body and mind, creating space for a balanced and nourished state of being and honoring the present day.
Morning Rise yoga can set the tone for a more centered and gentle awareness moving through the day with a deeper sense of revitalization, self care, mind-body connection and kindness. These classes can include yin yoga, Hatha stretch, and flow movement, which can incorporate Sun Salutations to honor our own inner sunshine as well as our relationship with the Sun energy. Dynamic stretches and breathwork (Pranayama) are incorporated as well.
A variety of props may be used during class. All are welcome and supported
What is Tai Chi? Tai chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing movements, with slow deep breaths.
What makes the practice of Tai Chi such a unique healing art form? Tai Chi resonates on multiple levels: physically, psychologically, socially, philosophically and on a spiritual level. It is this multilevel combination that has been shown to improve complex chronic diseases that involve many systems throughout the body including the nervous, respiratory, endocrine, and immune systems which all interact with the cardiovascular system affecting how well the heart functions. Tai Chi encourages a gentle pre-natal breathing technique to help achieve longevity. Practicing tai chi also encourages the flow of chi along the meridians (invisible pathways in the body) unblocking any stuck or stagnant chi within the chakras and organs. With Sifu Kim’s insightful teachings, you will leave the class, feeling a sense of peace and harmony within.
YoQi- A FUSION OF YOGA &
QI GONG🍃
Yoga and Qigong fusion - YoQi (pronounced Yo-Chi) blends the practice of yoga and qigong to create a holistic accessible approach to health and wellness. YoQi aims to cultivate and harmonize one’s energy through poses (movement), mindful breathing and focus (intention). YoQi benefits include, reduced stress and anxiety, increased energy and vitality, improves physical and mental well being, improves circulation and flexibility and encourages self awareness. YoQi is a gentle practice that is accessible for everyone!
STRENGTH & STABILITY
Our strength based workouts have it all; upper and lower body components, core exercises, low intensity cardio and so much more! This class aims to work every part of the body, focusing on improving body composition and building lean muscle while improving mobility and bone density!! This class is a great way to get an all-encompassing workout. Everyone is welcome!
8 WEEK CHAIR YOGA SERIES

Join Ellie for an accessible and empowering 8-week Chair Yoga series designed to support mobility, stability, and recovery. Perfect for all levels, including those recovering from injury or with limited mobility. Chair yoga provides the benefits of a traditional yoga practice with the added support of a chair—no need to get up and down from the floor.
YIN YANG
Join us for a rejuvenating Yin Yang yoga class that harmoniously balances movement and stillness. In the first half, you'll flow through a series of invigorating standing postures, cultivating strength and flexibility while connecting breath with motion. Feel the energy build as you explore dynamic sequences that awaken your body and mind.
As we transition into the second half of class, we’ll slow down and shift our focus inward. You’ll ease into deeper stretches, supported by props and the grounding energy of the earth. This calming segment allows you to release tension and find serenity as you settle into longer-held poses that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to embrace the dualities of your practice—flowing freely and then surrendering to stillness. Come ready to discover the beautiful interplay of movement and tranquility, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

That's right! She's back! Candice is returning to Align Holistic Studio to lead "the Elements of Grace."
By combining the wisdom of Crystals, the Chakra system, Intuitive Development, Shadow Work, leaning into the emotions, colour theory and more, so much more, I'm here to hold space in hopes that you open up to self-acceptance, with grace, and empowerment.
Through this workshop, you’ll gain the fundamental tools to support yourself on your path to ascension—whether in times of heightened energy, healing crises, or peaceful moments.

Join Emma for a nourishing yoga workshop to celebrate the Fall Equinox — a time of reflection, release, and renewal. With movement, journaling, and grounding ritual, we’ll come back to balance — navigating the space between doing and being, stillness and flow, holding on and letting go.

Join Rita each month for an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough Experience—a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and time for integration. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or returning to your practice, this space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll begin by gently moving the body to release tension, ground into the present moment, and prepare for the breath. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of rhythmic breathing patterns to support emotional release, regulate the nervous system, and bring in a sense of clarity and peace.
We’ll close with stillness, reflection, and grounding—giving you space to absorb the experience and integrate.
This offering is held monthly as a way to reconnect with yourself, your breath, and a like-hearted community.

🕯 Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Kim & Venus
Saturday, October 11th | 3–4:30 pm
🍂October is a beautiful time of year to enjoy a “Restorative Sound Bath Session ” with Kim and Venus.
This is a Somatic full-body meditative experience to be shared in an all-inclusive and safe space.
As Venus plays a variety of healing instruments, Kim will guide you in very supportive restorative yoga poses to create harmony and tranquility within.
🪶 Dreamcatcher Workshop with Indigenous Elder Murielle "Thunder Turtle"
Saturday, October 18th | 1–4 pm
Join us for a meaningful and creative workshop guided by Indigenous Elder, Knowledge Keeper and storyteller Murielle “Thunder Turtle”. In this hands-on experience, Murielle will share the cultural teachings and traditional significance of the dream catcher as a sacred tool for protection and guidance.
As you create your own dream catcher to take home, Murielle will weave in stories from her Indigenous heritage, sharing traditional tales and wisdom that bring the teachings to life. This workshop offers not only an opportunity to craft something beautiful, but also to connect with Indigenous culture, stories, and traditions in a respectful and authentic way.
