Align Holistic Studio is a beautiful space where you are freed from the distractions of everyday life, always feel welcomed, and have the opportunity to align with your true path to wellness.

We offer a variety of Yoga classes, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, Strength classes, and health related events & workshops.
We are located in the heart of Navan, Ontario; a short five minute drive from Orleans.
Align Holistic Studio promotes wellbeing by putting an emphasis on the 4 pillars to wellness; Nutrition, Physical Activity, Stress Management & Sleep.

Meet our team

Shannon Watson
Owner, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor & Reiki Grandmaster
​
With over 23 years of experience as a Leader & Clinical Nutritionist within the Long Term Care Sector, Shannon has developed a passion for promoting health and wellness, ageing gracefully, stress reduction and the prevention of chronic illness.
Shannon is a certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor through Can-Fit Pro and enjoys teaching many types of classes that are fun, interactive, challenging yet are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

Shannon offers her Nutritional and Reiki Services through the Physio Space & Integrative Wellness Center located in the same building as Align Holistic Studio​

Shannon takes pride in empowering others to feel their best. Her philosophy towards fitness is simple; “Physical activity is not a punishment; it is a celebration of what our body’s can do.”
Kim John
Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation & Yoga Instructor
Kim John has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for 15 years. Yoga and Meditation for 42 years. Learning from Grand Master’s and Guru’s around the world she continues her studies to this day. Sharing these healing ancient arts is Kim’s passion. She is so delighted to be teaching in the beautiful Navan community at the Align Holistic Studio, spreading abundant health and happiness along the way.

Nathie Paquette
Yoga Instructor
Nathalie (Nathie) has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for over 14 years. She really wanted to expand her awareness and savour the health benefits of yoga, meditation and sound healing. As a classically trained vocalist, her voice is her instrument for healing and wellbeing. Yoga practice and teaching has taught her a way to connect more deeply with herself and others and allowed her the space to grow during challenging times in her life. She discovered the beauty and fun in the simple things, being present in the here and now. Her passion grew into teaching.

Emma Taylor-Isherwood
Yoga Instructor
Emma is a passionate and playful yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) who loves guiding students through everything from Hatha Flow to Restorative Yin, Kids Yoga, and Meditation. Emma has taught students of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings, including—studios, schools, health clubs, parks, hospitals, and even libraries. Her teaching style is all about infusing joy, sparking growth, and creating a peaceful space where everyone can explore their practice and discover what nourishes them in the moment. Emma’s classes are designed to help students feel supported, empowered, and ready to shine both on and off the mat.


Jade Fournier
Yoga Instructor
Born and raised in Navan, Jade has always been active. She danced competitively for most of her childhood. When she became a university student in communications, she had to let go of dance and signed up for her first hot yoga class with her sister. She soon realized that in order to do great things she would have to take care of the only body she will ever have. Jade completed her Level 1 yoga teacher training in Kelowna, B-C in July 2018. Her yoga mat is a place of evolution, acceptance, healing and learning.
